Process

The basic method of producing damascus steel involves forge welding alternative layers of hard and soft iron alloys to make a laminate resulting in a blade that is hard and flexible. The following series of pictures shows a simple combination of circular saw blade and mild steel sheet.





































Repeat the process until the desired number of layers are achieved.
